Is Avis Car Rental Navigation systems good?

Windowguy19 asked: I will be visiting LA and I was wondering how reliable are the AVIS car rental navigation systems. Is it voice activated? Can it find places to eat, etc. Any info is greatly appreicated. Thanks!ELDON
